Label Structure


Authentication Method
All MX Mooncake packaging should carry a security label. Please make sure that it is intact and undamaged when you buy the products. Use mobile apps to scan the QR code on the front layer of security label. It links to a video which demonstrate the security checking procedure.

Please tear off the front layer of security label, locate a 12-digit security code on the bottom layer of the label and follow the below steps for authentication.



Correct Result:
Your checking passed our authentication system. Thank you for your support.

Repeated Check:
From our system record, the security code you provided has been checked before. The last valid checking recorded on the day (dd/mm/yy) and time (XX:XX). If the mentioned record was not checked by yourself, please beware of counterfeit goods. Please call our service hotline during office hours for further assistance.

Wrong Result:
The security code you provided is not in our system. Please beware of counterfeit products. Please call our service hotline during office hours. More information you provided can help us investigate.
